Like new upgraded radio. I had emailed the seller . He responded quickly and knowledgeable. I felt confident I would have the right unit and I felt confident it would be an easy swap out but if I did need help . They'd be there. Afterwards, my ex took the box radio everything ,( I never even saw it) I gotta thinking about a core so I emailed over , BOOM fast response! I guess everything was in the box . Ex never noticed it.
