Many of these hats produced during the war had few details on their tags indicating maker or material; sometimes lacking tags at all. This one has size (7) and lines for 'Lot' and 'Price', which have been left blank. Unknown m anufacturer, likely Naval Clothing Factory, USA, 1941.
