And the shipments have not showed up yet as of 7/05/25. why does the shipper pay?

It took longer to receive this Waterproof, Bathroom clock, only, because it was being shipped from Hong Kong. I would say it took between 9 to 12 days to receive my purchase. But once I received the clock, I could see that it was packaged carefully and I received it without any damages. The clock was a little more pricey than I thought it should of been! But, it functioned properly and the bidding process went very smoothly.
