The cable seems to be properly shielded. I'm using a USB microphone with it and the noise floor wasn't affected by the extender. Shipping was very fast.
The length of the cable was a bit hard to find and I mistakenly bought 0.8m even though I would have preferred longer.The cable works fine, though
