Had an issue with the first one which was faulty. Contacted the seller who arranged for it to be returned. Printed off label and returned it and a replacement was sent out within a couple of days. New one arrived yesterday and was installed today and works perfectly. Fantastic service from the seller who sorted the issue promptly. Definitely would buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone interested.
I Received the Compact Wireless Keyboard and Mouse after a delay in delivery as the Courier had difficulties in delivering my item. The Seller Investigated the issue and succesfully resolved the issue with the courier delivering it to my work address as originally selecting my work address for it to be delivered. I`m very Happy with the seller who resolved the issue and many Thanks!!!.
although there was a wrong item sent (not the sellers fault, it was packed wrongly by the factory) they did provide me with a return label and a full refund. Will reccommend their reliability to anyone out there. I have purcahsed the correct item from somewhere else as I was in need but in the future I will come back to purcahse from this seller for sure and without hesitation :)
