I was leaning more towards neutral but even though the shipping provider didn’t do an origin scan and keep the updated tracking flowing properly, the seller has good communication and apologized for the issue. The item showed up a little late and according to the shipping provider (usps) wasn’t dropped off with them at all until it was ready for delivery a week later. Not really on the seller at all in my opinion but over entitled union postal workers not paying attention on the job.
Seller sent me the wrong parts. I showed him the problem in the photo given, which shows the pivot provided is much too big (the other parts are wrong as well). He tried to get me to pay half price, for the wrong parts! He did issue my refund, but not without being unreasonable first! I would not do business with them again.
