I was ready to post negative feedback because FedEx tracking number given was wrong address & I had to track it down myself. Which fortunately was a house two blocks down. But the product shipped wasn’t my item, it was for the neighbor. Seller was very good with responding to several of my messages & assured me it would arrive today, which it did. Still doesn’t explain bogus tracking numbers. I noticed reading sellers feedback from other customers that this is an on going issue happening a lot!
I was worried about this purchase when I received the message that it was delivered but nothing at my front door like normal deliveries. messaged that no package was at my door. About an hour or less later, realized that this order was deliveried to my mail station in a locked box! Oops! I quickly sent a message that my mistake, my package was in a lock box at my mail station. This was a good vendor because they have a diagram + the measurements of the bag. So I was perfect and a good price.
I would like to say this seller is one of the best I have dealt with. I ordered the product and was hoping to get before the superbowl. It was shipped promptly as I was tracking it. Fed Ex delivered it to a wrong address and took a pi ture of someone else's house with package on front stoop. I contacted the seller and told them of my situation and they immediately refunded my money. I also contacted Fed Ex through their very cumbersome process and nothing. Great seller will buy again.
