Great customer service. The item was delivered damaged, presumably from the box getting jostled about. When I sent the pictures he asked me how I wanted to handle it. If he had another he offered to send it, otherwise he would refund my money. Heck, he even offered to give me the refund right there. He did not have another and refunded me promptly. I would buy from him again.
Great seller. The fans were shipped quickly packaged well, and in great condition. Seller was fast to issue a partial refund on the cables that weren't included.
Received package. Bar and chain were missing. Unclear as to wheather this was described as such. Lesson learned.
