Reasonable price after $10 discount, but tracking switched to Pitney Bowes PC and tracking was slow and vague only saying "in transit" and eBay only gave USPS tracking number, without the Track Package features it always has on all my previous orders. Worked today, but weather too bad to ride and predicted bad for next several weeks so I can't put it to any strong test. It took several days to negotiate offer with seller who went absent for a couple of days.
