Package arrived on time and upon opening package was not damaged. Item was as described new not used. I have one already and needed a 2nd as other dual ones are too large and Im cooking for 1 person so this size works best. The item was a bit more than the store but you cant find them any more so I was willing to pay a bit more. Positive experience with seller.
