Product arrived in perfect working condition with all parts included, as described. Though the shipping took much longer than we expected (leaving us with only one operating vehicle for our large family) the value of the product for the price we paid was well worth the wait. Product was shipped in its original box, wrapped in a shipping bag, which resulted in a damaged outer box upon arrival, but the product inside was undamaged. Overall, good shopping experience, great product, and great price!
The seller was great. The shipper was not . The Meijia Tactical Rifle case arrived 5 days late, after three "failed" attempt at delivery, according to FedEx tracking. When contacted about the issue, I was told that it had never left the local facility. When it finally arrived, the packaging looked like it had been dropped from a relatively high elevation and bounced hard. A corner of the case was broken and the raised edge of the mating seal area was cleaved off. It's no longer water tight.
