The item came as advertised and in factory bag. Trouble is that it was shipped as late as possible and took over two weeks going on three getting here. I was offered $5 and no further explanation or conference about it. Seeing no movement and the seller initiated no other communication, I ordered from UA directly during the interim (when I should have had my item) and maybe that is what I should have done from the start. Had I known this would happen, I would have done that from the start.
