After my first feedback comment, the seller reached out to me, again apologizing for the inconvenience. The seller also wanted to reimburse for the shipping costs. I didn’t feel like this was necessary, but I did let the seller know how much I appreciated them taking the time to try and fix the issue I had. Because the seller showed such initiative, I have added them as a favorite seller and I will make future purchases from them. Caring sellers seem to be hard to come by, so add this store!!!!!
I received my order. The items were securely packed in a cardboard box sealed with packing tape when they arrived at my location. The items were in excellent condition when I opened the box and were exactly as described. They fit, look, and feel great. This is exactly what I was looking for. I would welcome the opportunity to do business with this vendor again in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for a positive shopping experience.
Good communication. Delay in shipping original style I ordered, so seller offered another that would ship quicker and I took it. Maybe offering a slight discount for taking the pair I didn't originally want may have been in order, but I like both styles, so no problem.
