The seller is awesome! I absolutely love the jacket. It was shipped immediately, and I received it within a few days. The jacket is in great condition, just as described, and has no smell—just like it would at the Kenneth Cole store. The seller communicated well, and the package was wrapped thoughtfully. Tops came in a timely manner and all NWT as described. My only complaint is that one of the tops has a rather large and obvious rip that was not disclosed in the photos or in the description. I am unable to wear or resell. Overall positive experience, but I would hope this seller double checks items and is up front about the condition. The packaging was not damaged at all, so top was like this before being shipped.
