The cassette arrived quickly, but was missing 1 cog (I believe the description said "new, open box" so I'm sure they didn't realize there was a problem) The seller gave me a full refund and asked me to dispose of the cassette on my end. I believe I've ordered from them before, very happy with the transaction, despite the issue with the missing part
I pay for items instantly. I purchased this 6/24 and received it 7/2. I’ve had items shipped from farther on eBay that have arrived faster. Otherwise, the item was as described. Given the incredibly slow shipping & handling, imo the value offsets. I wouldn’t recommend but I also won’t go as far to leave a negative review.
Item arrived as described. Due to the value, there was duty and fees to pay which made it 30% more expensive than the headline price, but this is par for the course, and not the seller's responsibility. Recommended seller, would use again.
