Unit worked GREAT. GM has discontinued the communication interface module so this 2010 suburban was dead in the water! I was THANKFULLY able to talk a dealer into programming this replacement and my customer is back in business. Just know you will HAVE to find a dealer that will work with you. They CAN do it but some simply won't. Shame on GM for leaving their customers short on parts availability. It's ridiculous to think a 2010 vehicle is nothing but a boat anchor because of computer.
