Selling 1 ( ONE ) Large 9 3/8 inches tall Signed VARGA VINTAGE design LIGHT CRANBERRY WINE/WATER crystal GOBLET. It is new and purchased about 10 year ago has been been displayed in my large dining room cabinet as pictured . My wife creates a magnificent table of mixing colors and design that our family, friends and guests talk about and admire when they visit. We use crystal every day and why not. The design is vintage with magnificent beautiful cuts at the bottom, simple yet the color purple makes the glass that more striking. Varga founded in 1800 or so is still my favorite and is number one in my collection I have a lot of it. Varga crystal pieces are works of art really and grace palaces, embassies, museums and celebrity homes Each piece is crafted by a highly skilled artisan a skill that is disappearing and will ultimately make these pieces more valuable in time I believe Each piece is an original, hand cut, intricately engraved using diamond wheel technology. Varga crystal is spectacular period The truth is simple. You buy the beauty that you like. That is all that matters. I purchased lots of Varga when I visited Hungary when I visited the factory and gave away over100 pieces to family and friends over the last 20 years, i love to look with the amazing cuts and colors and brilliant reflections depending on the light. Crystal always looks different depending on the light it is exposed too. I bought a lot, display 75 percent of it, give it use my favorites. It has been displayed as pictured only and never used It is new, no original packaging or box, Varga is etched on the bottom of the glass as in one picture. The crystal glass is 9 3/8 inches inches high, really nice for a wine glass, 3 inches wide at the top mouth opening, and ts 3 1/4 inches at the base and the glass stands well and is great to hold I have many other Varga crystal design pieces on ebay. different designs and colors which you can see if you like. This glass would sell for around $274 plus, if available and you may have to wait to receive it. At $139.98 you can start your collection of Varga crystal. Just a beautiful glass. Sold some crystal last few years. Check my reviews. People are happy Hand wash only with mild warm water and liquid dish soap. They may crack when exposed to high heat then cold.
