Exactly as described. Shipping label placed on original package which is flimsy and not taped shut. No broken glass, which is a miracle. I have not yet tested each bulb... The original box SHOULD HAVE BEEN PADDED AND PLACED IN AN OUTER BOX FOR SHIPPING. Packaging for shipping was completely lacking, and substandard. Seller should up their game. Can't give 5 stars. Sorry.

Good seller, fast shipping. I received the item in 2 days, but it was through Amazon. The only issue I have with that is I didn't have any notification about it being shipped or it's arrival until after I already had it. Item was in good condition and seems to be of decent quality for the price.
