Condition new quality good appearance is good value is good however communication lacks with this company wished they’d respond to messages rather then deliver a product you have questions about tried to contact them to a mistaken color before delivery and nothing was updated in system as well which I thought I still had time and the tracking it self is off and I wished if they’d ordered from Amazon through their account that you get updated.
I bought this may 6. May 12th its not in the mail. go to sellers site after no reply to my request for cancellation only to find that seller is on vacation until mid June. that's right. he just didn't send my order before he left for a month. I cant quite believe it myself. but that's exactly what this seller did. I need this product or a refund so I can get it elsewhere ...... and SOON!!!
