I’ve never left a neutral or negative review. I messaged this seller right after I purchased and noted it was a birthday gift and if I needed to expedite shipping no problem. I received no response for approximately 5 days. The response I DID receive was “Order Canceled” and cancellation reason was “Customer requested cancellation”. This is absolutely incorrect, I did NOT cancel this order. This left me scurrying to find a replacement item. I am sure they r great sellers just bad experience.
