Welcome to my listing for my very rare vintage Yamaha CDX-500 NS Series CD player. This is a stunning player in every respect. I have deep cleaned and fully tested it so it looks and sounds incredible. These are very rare units these days, especially in this condition. The internal components of this player are of the highest quality. This has the renowned Burr Brown PCM56P DAC onboard and the sound quality from this unit is remarkable. It is very dynamic and natural with great detail and clarity and a huge soundstage and perfect imaging. The mechanism is very smooth, quiet and quick. This player is in excellent condition throughout. Please inspect the photographs. You won't be disappointed with the performance or the aesthetic of this lovely vintage Yamaha CD player. There are a few light scratches on the top panel from use but nothing major. Very VERY STRONG recommendation for this seller. Royal Mail let Matt down. The CD player was a little late. But not due to the seller. He knew I was really keen on receiving the player. He went down to the parcel shop on a Sunday!! Put it on a 24hr service for me. But when the Royal Mail let both Matt and I down. His response was EXCELLENT and instantaneous.
