My order came in with one of the tools non-functioning. I reached out and they refunded me a considerable portion of my payment for the order. The seller reached out very quickly and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. The box that my order arrived in looked like it had been well used before my order was packed, but the actual tools were as carefully packaged as anything else I have ever purchased on ebay.
