REMEMBER, THE YOUNG GIRL FIGURINE IS FREE WITH PURCHASE OF THE VICTORIAN LADY! I was fortunate enough to have parents that saved almost everything! Here for auction is a great looking vintage House of Hatten Victorian Lady Caroler from many years ago, made from a mâché' resin mix and hand painted by an artist from the company. This is believed to be the Victorian Caroler series "On Christmas Day" by artist Denise Calla, handcrafted in the Philippines in 1991, as marked on the bottom. The lady stands 11" tall with a base approximately 5" X 5". The young daughter girl is free as is, with a damaged body under and behind one arm. She stands 7 1.25" tall with a base of 3.25" X 3". These figurines were stored in a safe and dry environment for many years and are both charming pieces, now considered rare and historic and nostalgic items of art from days gone by. Look at the pictures closely! These are the items you will be receiving, and I hope not to get them back for any reason. If you have any questions, please write and ask before bidding. This is the U.S. Post Office requirement, and this information is found on their web site on the “File A Claim” page. I can NOT file claims with the Post Office for you. E Bay might tell you differently, but the U.S. Postal Regulations and Requirements are very clear. In order for the claim to be processed with the Post Office, the receiver of the damaged item must file the claim at their local Post Office or you may file online. You will need to keep the damaged item, the box with the labels on it, and all of the original packing materials as the Post Office may require them for proof of damage. If the item is broken or damaged during shipping (I ALWAYS inspect everything before it leaves here) and there is insurance on the item, the claim must be started at the buyer's location and should not be returned to me. Always contact me to make sure that you have everything you need to do this. I wrap very well and don't expect there to be any problems.
