The mannequin I have it on is a large to xl and it will not zip up so to me this is more of a medium, but again, I will show specific measurements. It is sheer, and you will need to wear some form of full slip under it. It does have little straps on the arms that you can put around your bra straps to keep the sleeves up. I think this would be adorable if you were having a tea party a fun prom dress if you were doing a Bridgerton style party. They call the sleeves butterfly sleeves you could even if you sew upcycle this into just a cute skirt or a cute top. This might be a vintage Filipiniana dress, specifically a style often referred to as a Mestiza gown. If you have any questions or need any more measurements, please feel free to ask. I just thought this was too pretty not to get and have someone wear it .
