Shipping was right on schedule posted on site. Package was intact and the handbag was nestled in so it wasn't cut when I opened the box. Again, and I say this often, this handbag is so much more pretty in person than in photos. I LOVE, LOVE this handbag. There are the flaws that were mentioned in the write up. The price was very fair. I am one happy lady right now. Gotta go change out my last handbag into this one now!
