  1. Package was in bad shape, but reboxed in another box. Package was obviously opened and resealed (somebody had left something inside the box that was surely unintended, LOL), so 'New' was false advertisement - should have been listed as 'open box.' Not trying to be overly pedantic, but 'open box' exists for a reason - just state what it is. It was open box, 100%, no debate. That irked me, but the product itself works without issues. Have tested it and verified no damage or incorrect behavior.

  2. After some sort of pricing mix-up thru eBay. Had to cancel purchase and redo it. Seller was very understanding (and confused like I was) and quickly cancelled the incorrect purchase and relisted the fly rod so I could purchase at the correct price.
