Played by a professional musician any questions I would be happy to answer. Not sure what model but it was on his soprano. I remember my father saying he opened for Redd Foxx, Moms Mabley and Rudy Ray Moore. Rudy Ray Moore talked about Adolf Jacobs about his name being Adolf so bad that he changed it to Al. Adolf Jacobs from the coasters he mentioned the mighty flee and lockjaw who would pick tables and various heavy objects with his mouth.😁 Al aka adolf Jacobs is in the roll n roll hall of fame. Worked as my fathers guitar player for many years. This mouth piece was found in one of his sax cases.
