  1. This is one of the worst experiences I had. The price was fair and it finally arrived but way LATE. FedEx said it will be late and again late. I sent a message to the seller, nothing heard. I pinged again, nada: totally unresponsive. After FedEx's second promised date had elapsed I requested a return. The seller still did not respond. Just before EBay's deadline for his response was about to arrive, he responded with no more help than what I knew. It arrived a week after I asked Ebay to help.

  2. What a pretty bag! The seller was great to work with, very responsive and they shipped quickly. The bag was so well packed in the box and so it was really protected during shipping. The bag itself could not have had more of its parts protected if they tried! I have to believe that it came to the seller from the manufacturer like this. Kudos to Coach & the seller for leaving it be! It's definitely new, very well made and great quality at great price. I'd sure buy from them again!
