Supposed to be but a non damaged item which arrived damaged don’t know at what point it would be damaged but delivery was late and packaging wasn’t great over paid and under delivered in my opinion reached out to the company to be offered a 10% refund still waiting not a great way to do business don’t like blasting company’s on eBay but just making people aware
