Item as described. But 8 days after ordering, no tracking # or delivery date. I contacted them. No response. But after I sent the text, the package had a # & shipped the next day. I inquired about the delay. They responded with a generic blurb & blamed the delay on DHL. Then added that it is not late for 27 days. Didn’t explain their delay in shipping or apologize. Shipping was fast after actually mailing.
