The item originally shown was the black/bronze model. I placed the order. Almost immediately the seller said “sorry that bag is sold but I have another just in all black” The original item was $3750 retail and the bag that was really being sold retailed for $3450, I asked seller for a discount, they said no, bag was perfect and beautiful but I feel it was a bit of a bait and switch. I ordered another bag from the seller, did not pass inspection but I bought for $55 less

I just received my item, I was a little disappointed that It arrived in a gift box verses a Michele box for the price I paid for this item. Presentation says everything, This a gift for my daughter graduating from nursing school.
