After ordering My treadmill I tried to cancel the order but it was to late it was already shipped. Upon receiving the order it had damage on the Motor housing assembly so I notified the seller and she said to return it but being the box was already in bad shape. I also don't have a way of band the box the way it came from the factory . Tape would never hold it together. The good is the treadmill is easy to setup but it is very heavy if you are old. It is a very nice treadmill I Love it.
