  1. Watch was exactly as described, and what I was looking for. Pricing was very fair. Fast shipping, arrived well packaged with warranty card. However, the watch wasn't running. I asked seller what I should do. Didn't hear back after 4 days, so took to a local Luminox dealer. They said battery was dead and charged me $35 for replacement. Messaged seller, after two days they said they would credit me $20 if I contacted them first. Summary-great product and shipping, mediocre service after sale.

  2. The watch is brand new as described. The manufacturer warranty card has been stamped as expected and the packaging is complete. International shipment done w/o any delay. Appreciated the option given to pay VAT, taxes and custom fees for UK delivery either upfront at shipment or at delivery (I selected the latter, no problems). Reasonable ETA which happened to be faster than advertised. Really good value for a brand new watch from a previous model year. Will buy again with this seller.
