The item was what I wanted but they shipped it in a cheap cardboard box inside a envelope. Of course it arrived damaged. Reached out to the seller and they offered a refund but I managed to straighten out the tool so it could be used. I didn't want to go through the hassle of ordering another one. Seller needs to do a better job packaging items.
Shelf lock clips -- As described, well packed, timely shipping. Tracking was weird. Showed the USPS package going 1500 miles in the wrong direction then it showed up as an Amazon delivery the next day! How'd they DO that?? Thank you!
