Vintage Ford Motorsport Line Arctic Rally Jacket – Italian Made – Works Team Issue (c.1987) This is an original Ford Motorsport Line winter parka from the late Group A rally era , made in Italy by Luigi Minardi S.R.L. for Ford’s professional rally and test teams. This jacket was personally given around 1987 to a Ford works rally driver and used for cold-weather and Arctic rally testing, exactly the kind of environment where Ford was developing and proving Escort RS, Sierra RS and other competition cars in Scandinavia and northern Europe. This is not a fashion jacket or modern replica. It is real Ford Motorsport equipment from the era when Ford ran full factory rally programs.
