This sale is for a T by Talbots women's dress size P black white stripe nautical midi/maxi length. On my mannequin the dress is a midi length but she is tall and the size tag is a petite. The dress has a wrap style bottom. I believe it would make a very nice swimsuit cover up. The dress also has an adjustable drawstring waist. In my opinion this dress in in good used condition.
