Good item and better price than other sites. Shipping was disappointing. 5 days between the shipping label being generated and the package being given to the shipper it actually to longer to be dropped off at the shipper than it was in transit to me. Item was otherwise as described and packaged fine in a bubble mailer.
The product was sold as "open box, brand new". But it arrived missing a piece of the handle. I emailed the seller via my ebay and I was given a complete refund the same day. For this reason, I am rating this as a positive transaction even though the product is useless as received.
Great item but the extra curved handle piece in the picture was not included. Understand this was an open box and that extea piece was not shown on the box i got in the mail. Only purchased from you because of the extra piece shown in main picture. thank you
