Although the USPS took forever to deliver them i only lost 1 crab . Im stunned. They took extra precaution in the packaging of these little guys. Triple baked full of oxygen and a styrofoam lined box. Top notch guys. I haven't let them know that I lost one yet but I will. Seams like the type of business that will make it right. Will be shopping with them again. I ordered on 5/26, they shipped on 5/27 but I didn't receive until 6/2. Not there fault.
These are the cutest little crabs I’ve ever seen! Customer service and quality are top notch. If you’re interested in an unusual invertebrate for your aquarium, these are the ones you want, and this is the seller you need. Original order was delayed by USPS at no fault of the seller, but they were quick to send a replacement! As described. Packaged well. Quick and reasonable shipping. Highly recommend!!!!
As expected, the little crabbies are fantastic, even though USPS caused a 2-day delay in receipt. Seller was responsive and supportive. They were packed so well that despite their long journey, there was only 1 loss (and the seller sent an extra so it's moot from an order perspective). Thank you! second time buying and if I had more room, would order more.
