Description
This brooch would look great clustered with other fun and funky pieces! The material has the look of hand painted porcelain, but the dimensional aspect and feel of it makes me believe it is made of resin. This piece is in good condition for its age and pre-owned status. The closure is glued on and works well. I can't tell if there was a gem or sequin at the base of the feather. It looks good without anything there, or you could add some bling there if you wanted a different look.
