Victorian Rose Brooch Sterling Silver Aesthetic Movement Ornate Engraved Floral Victorian Rose Brooch Sterling Silver Aesthetic Movement Ornate Engraved Floral We offer for sale this lovely ornate sterling silver Victorian Aesthetic Movement rose brooch with detailed chasing / engraving and embossed flowers and boarders. Made between approx. 1860 and 1900 in Europe. Found in an estate in the United Kingdom. Measures approx. 3/4" x 2". Unmarked and unsigned. Good as vintage condition with minor wear. C clasp may be an old well done replacement; hinge is original. It has been gently cleaned, hand polished and is ready to wear or gift wrap. It does has a very small bit tarnish or patina on the back, which should polish out, see photos. Additional polishing is left to buyer. Beautiful enamel brooch in great condition. Good photos and as described. The brooch was packed well and had the benefit of a proper box. Postage was was reasonable and and the parcel arrived quickly.
