First ring I received did not match the pictures. They remade the ring and let me consult in the design process and I am very happy with what I received second time around. Excellent customer service. The first ring arrived within the estimated shipping time, 5 business days. The second ring encountered shipping delays (but was sent promptly by sender) and arrived in 10 business days.
