The body and the lining are made of 100% polyester and the shorts are made of 87% cotton and 13% elastane. Please check measurements as preowned item measurements may vary. The measurement across the waist unstretched laying flat is 14 inches and the length from the top to the bottom is 14 1/2 inches.
