Vintage 1.5 QT Covered Casserole | Blue | By Paul Anthony Of Burnsville NC Anthony Stoneware Handcrafted 1.5 Quart Covered Casserole, by Potter Paul Anthony of Burnsville, NC. This beautiful, covered casserole baker/server is done in Anthony Stoneware aged food safe glaze interior & exterior adding a traditional look to your kitchen, and the flared lip at the top of the dish makes it easy to hold and handle. This stoneware vessel helps retain heat. Raised horizontal lines lend texture to the exterior of this item, enhanced by brown specks within the white and blue glaze. the vessel is both dishwasher and oven safe for versatility. The lid conveniently nestles flush into the top edge of the vessel. The stoneware body warms evenly for thorough cooking, and the handcrafted construction forms a one-of-a-kind piece. It's in excellent vintage condition- (see photos) and measures 7.5” diameter x 4.5" high with lid in place.
