Several parts were broken off and there were apparent attempts at gluing them back on, which did not hold. When contacted about this, the seller was responsive and offered a 20% refund, which was accepted. Communication was good. Overall, a neutral experience.
This was a vintage item for which the seller had accurate descriptions and photos. Package was carefully wrapped for safe delivery. The order was made a bit late toward Christmas but miraculously made it Christmas eve. As a personal note to seller, can't thank you enough because my 96 y.o. mother loves her fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. Thank you!
