Item exactly as pictured, even in box pictured. Wanted this in kitchen to hang pot holders from. Well packaged with good cushion. The shipping was with USPS, and they can't seem to get their act together, it went to three other places before it got to me in Phoenix(5th largest city in U.S.) go figure. But that's not on the seller, the correct address was on the label. As it has happened before with other items from various sellers, it boils down to the USPS. Love the product, perfect size!

Exactly what i was looking for. It replaces the knife my mom used in the 70s. It makes me happy to complete her set again. The packaging was great and shipping cost was not so bad because of Post Office wanting their money, obviously. Seller with great communication and worked with me.
