I ordered an ornament and when I received the package it was not the one I ordered. Got in contact with the seller and they immediately sent me the correct item. I offered to return the ornament that was sent in error but they told me to keep it. I received the correct ornament very quickly and it was packaged very well. The item was exactly as described and they answered my message within minutes. Thank you for making the process easy and for your kindness of letting me keep both ornaments.
The case is incredible. It was well packaged and shipped quickly. The seller offered me a great deal on it too. I was already satisfied with the condition of the item, but was blown away to find 7 cassettes in great condition included in the case. An all-around wonderful buying experience. Perhaps my only note is that the case could have been cleaned a bit better before being shipped, but I certainly won’t dock any points for such a small thing. I’d trust anything this seller sells.
I waited patiently for this beauty to be added to my collection and I'm grateful I found such a caring and well communicated seller. I'm honestly surprised by how well and carefully my item was packaged, coming from someone with prior shipping antiques expensive. Shipping was delayed a bit but it arrived well. Item is just as described. I truly do value this sale because this will be part of my family now and I love to work with this seller again.
