The appearance of the impackaging seemed to be fully intact. Upon removal of product from the packaging, it seems as though the scissors have some kind of corrosion. The boot knife is in great shape, as is the sheathe. The quality of the items still seem up to par with standard klein tools quality. Hoping that I am able to buff the corrosion off these scissors as a new tool shouldn’t be in this conditon. The item shipped quickly and overall i am still satisfied with my purchase.
