Shipping was ok. Packaging was good. Nothing in the description mentioning all the damage to the smaller items, donkey ears chipped, staff on "joseph" broken. Poor value..I've experienced this so many times on ebay, paying over 20.00 for damaged items...let's face it, these pieces are small and are hard to tell if broken (at least by my eyes) very disappointed, I'm a collector and I don't want broken items.
The carousel was pretty and it was exactly as described. It arrived as expected though I'm sure at no fault of the seller the carousel did not turn. I messaged the seller and was very cooperative. Seller sent me the return label without hesitation. I was refunded as soon as the package was received to the seller. Overall I was very happy with the seller's service and response.
