Well packaged. Felt disillusioned though. The listing represented like there was just one, so I jumped on ordering it. Only to find seller's site then had an identical item, again listed to make one think there was just one. And it was listed for less money then what i had just paid. I didn't see anything saying that the latch worked hard/stiff. Nothing silicone can't fix. But felt it was lacking full disclosure. No way to message to ask questions such as if screws were included. They weren't.
I don't know what happened, I purchased an item at that online store, it didn't mentioned that it was out of stock, it was brass door pushplates,it was indicating the contrary, it was written 10 of these were available, so I did the purchase, the transaction went well, but a few minutes later, I received an email from them that said that I was refund. I'm deceive I need brass pushplates, they're rare to find, we're I will need to check to find some.
