Item as described, fast shipping, packing could have been better, literally just shoved in a thin shipping bag with no type of padding, just barely big enough to fit. Stuffed so tight it was in a ball. Its pointy ears tore through the bag and had marks left on them from our wonderful postal service. I was able to clean marks, thankfully. Paying $13 shipping you figure it would at least be in a box. I ship boxes for $10 that size all the time. If item cost more, would have gave nutral rating.
